Your flat rate repaired item will then be shipped by UPS or USPS, after payment has been received. In most cases you will not get back the same unit you sent in, you will usually get a replacement unit of the same make and model. Should you send a special unit or one that we do not have in stock then your actual unit would need to be repaired. Should we repair your actual unit then a delay of three to five days may occur to allow us time to repair your unit. We do not repair units that have been salted, burned, water damaged or vandalized. If your current unit has any of the damage listed then please do not send it to us. If your unit is beyond repair please see our refurbished units for outright purchase, instead of our ’flat rate’ repair service.
