Your exchange item will be shipped by UPS or USPS, after payment has been received. In most cases you will not get back the same unit you sent in, you will usually get a replacement unit of the same make and model. Should you send a special unit or one that we do not have in stock then your actual unit would need to be repaired. Should we repair your actual unit then a delay of three to five days may occur to allow us time to repair your unit. We do not repair units that have been salted, burned, water damaged or vandalized. If your current unit has any of the damage listed then please do not send it to us. If your unit is beyond repair do not send it to us. We will not return any non repairable units they will be considered trash and disposed of. Non repairable will not be given a credit as a core received. All cores must reach us within thirty days of charge for them. Any cores not received within thirty days of sale will be considered as non repairable and will not receive a core deposit refund. If you do not have a repairable core to send please see our refurbished units for outright purchase, instead of our exchange service.
